Design and create a structured training platform for Property and Asset Management including Facilities Management with an aim to improve the service delivery & overall customer experience.

Aim- to create and design a platform to improve the service quality through structured training framework at site levels

a) Methodology

  • Gap analysis and review of existing practices
  • Preparation of new modules and up-gradation of existing ones
  • Implementation of training though train the trainer concept and/or by our trained experts
  • Subjects of training would be as required by the organisation. Some of the subjects are:
    1. Customer Service and Engagement
    2. Engineering-  basic engineering, philosophy, maintenance management, building automation etc
    3. Presentations-  structure and content and layouts of various reports
    4. Language-  basic English and communication skills
    5. Facility Management-  building operations, property management, tenancy management and transition management
    6. Risk/Crisis Management and Emergency Management
    7. Security and Fire and Life Safety-  building security, basic security skills, emergency handling, fire risk assessment, fire detection and fire fighting
    8. Housekeeping- basic housekeeping skills, machinery, chemicals, check lists and SOPs and safety tips
    9. Finance-  financial planning, budgeting and spend tracking along with variance analysis
    10. Procurement-  basic procurement, vendor management and store management
    11. People Management- leadership, time management, conflict management, grooming and etiquettes. Recruitments and interviews.
    12. Value Additions- health and safety management, 5s, LOTO, benchmarking etc
